Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 350F. Spray a baking dish with Vegalene Buttery Delight (#1576) and set aside.
  2. Next, carefully cut a slit about 3/4 of the way through each salmon fillet. Then, generously spread butter on each. Set aside.
  3. For the filling, combine spinach, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Now, fill each fillet with the mixture then place into the baking dish skin side down. If desired, place lemon slices throughout the pan.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes with a fork.
