Cheesy Baked Asparagus

Baked asparagus spears tossed in avocado oil, salt and pepper, finished off with a layer of melted Parmesan. A great addition to Sunday dinner!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 400f. Line a baking dish with a piece of Parchment Paper (#1153).
  2. Then, toss the asparagus in the oil, salt and pepper. Pour into the baking dish, then sprinkle the parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the cheese is lightly browned.
