Mini Phyllo Shell Taco Bar
Ingredients:
- 1 tray Athen’s Mini Phyllo Shells (#1816)
- Taco Fillings: Carne Azteca FC Ground Beef (#2104), Calavo Fiesta Guacamole (#1060), Simplot Flame-Roasted Sweet Corn & Jalapeno (#1984), diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, refried beans, Spanish rice using Spanish Rice Seasoning (#2105), Cholula Original Hot Sauce (#2134), sour cream, etc.
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 350F.
- Place empty shells on a baking sheet (#4020) lined with parchment paper (#1153) and bake for 3-5 minutes to crisp up.
- Now, set out small bowls with prepared fillings alongside a tray of warmed phyllo shells. Let everyone assemble their own for an easy Taco Bar!
