A easy, perfectly cheesy appetizer- these Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Pierogies are addicting and perfect for any size crowd. This recipe can be halved, doubled, and even quadrupled depending on how many mouths you need to feed.

If you don’t have pierogies, don’t worry! You can still make a variation of this recipe by using our frozen Parker House Roll Dough (#1136). Simply prepare as instructed on our website using a cast iron skillet, then follow steps 4-6 below.

Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Pierogies

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Next, spray a baking sheet with vegalene and spread the pierogies in a single layer.
  3. Spray both sides with vegalene, then place into the oven for 20 minutes, turning half way through. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Then, melt butter in a cast iron skillet. Once bubbling, add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Remove from pan into a small bowl.
  5. Now, arrange the pierogies around the outer edge of the skillet, sprinkling with monterey jack cheese between each pierogy. Drizzle with garlic butter and top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place back into the oven to melt the cheese, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley and serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
