Easy Pico de Gallo
For easy Pico de Gallo, simply mix together 5 diced roma tomatoes, 1/4 cup Flav-R-Pac Diced Onions (#5772), 1/4 cup Supherb Farms Cilantro (#1921), 1/2 minced jalapeno, 2 Tbsp lime juice, 2 tsp Kirkland Minced Garlic (#1289), Regal Fine Sea Salt (#1146) and AP Table Grind Black Pepper (#1029) to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.

The Ultimate Fish Stick Baja Tacos
Ingredients:
- 4 Receta De Oro Flour Tortillas (#4970), warmed
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Tillamook Medium Cheddar Shredded Cheese (#1866)
- 4 Tbsp Pico de Gallo
- 4 Tbsp Supherb Farms Cilantro (#1921)
- 8 Trident The Ultimate Fish Sticks (#2809)
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 475°F.
- Place fish sticks on a Crestware Baking Sheet (#4020) lined with a Crestware Silicone Mat (#8436). Cook approximately 11 to 13 minutes until crisp. Turn oven halfway through cooking.
- Then, place 2 fish sticks in each tortilla. Top with lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
