When you think of Valentine’s Day treats, a classic is chocolate and strawberries. This is just one reason we love this easy recipe this time of year! These mouthwatering White Chocolate Strawberries Cookies, featuring our Chef Shamy Strawberry Honey Butter, are great for an easy Valentine’s Day treat.

Can the dough be frozen?

Yes! Cookie dough can always be kept in the freezer to use at a later date. Simply scoop the dough onto parchment paper (#1153) lined cookie sheet (#4020) and place it in the freezer. Once the dough balls are frozen enough that they won’t stick together, place into a Ziploc Gallon Freezer Bag (#1979) or a freezer-safe dish. When you’re ready to make cookies, simply follow the directions below and add 2-3 minutes to the baking time. The dough will last for up to 3 months in the freezer.
