20 Minute Cabbage Potato Skillet

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, peel and chop the potatoes. Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Microwave for 4 minutes, stir and microwave an additional 2-4 minutes or until fork-tender.
  2. Meanwhile, heat up a skillet and add the oil. Saute the onions until lightly browned, then add the garlic and rope sausage and cook for about 3 minutes. Once the potatoes are tender, add to the pan. Cook until the potatoes are brown and add oil if needed.
  3. Now, add the cabbage and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt and the remaining pepper. Mix in, then add the water and reduce the heat to low. Cover with a lid and cook until the cabbage is barely wilted, about 2 minutes. Enjoy!
