Triple Berry Waffles
Fluffy homemade waffles with a sweet, colorful blend of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries for a mouthwatering breakfast. We love Wyman’s fruits because they have no sugar added, nothing artificial, and no preservatives- just fresh frozen fruit! Plus, wild blueberries have up to 2x antioxidant activity compared to ordinary blueberries. We call that a #momwin!

Serve with toppings such as Kirkland Salted Sweet Cream Butter (#1723) and Log Cabin Original Syrup (#1590), Dream Whip Topping Mix (#1952), C & H Powdered Sugar (#1151), and/or additional berries.
Or, make a simple homemade berry sauce with 2 cups Wyman’s Triple Berry Blend (#1215), 1 Tbsp water, 1/3 cup C & H Granulated Sugar (#2096), 1 Tbsp lemon juice, and 3/4 Tbsp Clabber Girl Cornstarch (#2849). Mix the berries, water, and sugar in a pan over medium heat, until the sugar melts. Combine the lemon juice and cornstarch, then add to the pan and cook until thickened. Remove from heat until ready to use.

Triple Berry Waffles
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Wyman’s Triple Berry Blend (#1215), thawed (approx ½ cup when thawed)
- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp Regal Spice Fine Sea Salt (#1146)
- ¼ cup C & H Powdered Sugar (#1151)
- ½ tsp Clabber Girl Baking Powder (#2847)
- ½ tsp Clabber Girl Baking Soda (#2848)
- 1 tsp Blue Cattle Mexican Vanilla (#6919)
- 1 ½ cup buttermilk
- 3 tbsp Kirkland Salted Sweet Cream Butter (#1723), melted
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Preheat waffle iron.
- In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda until thoroughly combined.
- To the dry ingredients add the vanilla, buttermilk, melted butter, and egg, mixing until just combined (a few lumps are ok). Fold in the thawed berries.
- Scoop batter into waffle iron and cook as directed, usually 3-5 minutes.
