Tempura Chicken w/ Vegetable Stir-Fry
Treat your family to a delicious meal of crispy tempura chicken served over stir-fried vegetables and drizzled with a spicy wasabi lime aioli. This recipe features our co-owner Josh’s favorite product, Pierce’s Tempura Chicken Breast Strips (#7102)!

Tempura Chicken w/ Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 8 strips Pierce’s Tempura Chicken Breast Strips (#7102)
- 4 cups Flav-R-Pac Stir Fry Vegetable Blend (#5309)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds, for topping
Wasabi Lime Aioli:
- 2 1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 drop wasabi
- 1 splash lime juice + lime zest to taste
- Regal Fine Sea Salt (#1146), to taste
Instructions:
- First, fry the chicken strips in a deep-fry at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 165°F.
- Then, heat the stir fry veggies in 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan until heated through.
- Now, prepare the aioli by whisking all the ingredients together.
- To serve, place the vegetables on a plate, then top with the chicken strips. Drizzle with prepared aioli, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
