Tempura Chicken w/ Vegetable Stir-Fry

Tempura Chicken with Vegetable Stir-Fry

Crispy tempura chicken served over stir-fried vegetables and drizzled with a spicy wasabi lime aioli.

Tempura Chicken w/ Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

Wasabi Lime Aioli:

Instructions:

  1. First, fry the chicken strips in a deep-fry at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 165°F.
  2. Then, heat the stir fry veggies in 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan until heated through.
  3. Now, prepare the aioli by whisking all the ingredients together.
  4. To serve, place the vegetables on a plate, then top with the chicken strips. Drizzle with prepared aioli, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
