Chicken Fajita Pasta Bake

An easy casserole of Fajita Blend Veggies, diced tomatoes, and gooey cheese mixed with egg noodles for a delicious twist on chicken fajitas!

Chicken Fajita Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Then, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles until al dente, then drain.
  3. Now, season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken until golden brown and heated through. Move to a plate and set aside.
  4. Next, add the Fajita Blend Veggies to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, or until soft. Add the garlic and cook an additional minute.
  5. Add the chicken bag into the pan, along with the cream, tomatoes, and fajita seasoning. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  6. Then, pour into an oven safe dish, topping with the shredded cheese.
  7. Place in the oven and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Garnish with cilantro and a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
