Banana Walnut Mini Loaves
USA Pan Mini Loaf Pan (#1806) or Dawn Paper Mini Loaf Pans (#7810)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Kirkland Butter (#1723), room temp
- 1 cup C & H Granulated Sugar (#1632)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 cups Dole Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas (#2835), mashed
- 1/2 tsp Mexican Vanilla (#6919)
- 1/2 cup Lehi Roller Mills Flour (#2285)
- 1 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Soda (#2848)
- 1/2 tsp Regal Sea Salt (#1146)
- 1 cup chopped Kirkland Walnuts (#1293), toasted
Instructions:
- First, preheat your oven to 350F.
- Next, toast the walnuts by placing them on a cookie sheet (#4020) lined with parchment paper (#1153) for 8-10 minutes until fragrant. Allow the nuts to cool before chopping.
- Meanwhile, cream together the butter and sugar. Once creamed, add the eggs, vanilla, and mashed banana until combined.
- Then, add in the dry ingredients- being careful not to overmix. Stir in the walnuts.
- Now, divide the batter between your loaf pans and bake for 20-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack (#1145). After they are cooled, remove from the pan and enjoy!
