Chef Shamy Lemon Dill Baked Tilapia

Chef Shamy Lemon Dill Baked Tilapia
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Pacific Seafood Tilapia Fillets (#8027), thawed
- 4 Tbsp Chef Shamy Lemon Herb Finishing Butter (#8879), melted
- Regal Fine Sea Salt (#1146) and AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028), to taste
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 425F. Then, line a Crestware Cookie Sheet (#4020) with a piece of AP Parchment Paper (#1153).
- Then, place the fillets onto the prepared cookie sheet. Use a basting brush to spread the butter on the tilapia, then generously season with salt and pepper.
- Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped parsley, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
