Easy Pie Crust Recipe
We love this Easy Pie Crust recipe from the amazing Martha Stewart. Find the easy steps here. You only need 4 ingredients (all of which we carry)!
- 2 1/2 cups ADM Milling Co. All-Purpose Flour (#2196)
- 1 tsp Regal Fine Sea Salt (#1146)
- 1 tsp C & H Granulated Sugar (#1632)
- 2 sticks Kirkland Butter (#1723), cut into pieces

Classic Blueberry Pie
Ingredients:
- 2 refrigerated pie crusts
- 6 cups Wyman’s Wild Blueberries (#1218)
- 3/4 cup C & H Granulated Sugar (#1632)
- 3 Tbsp ADM Milling Co. All-Purpose Flour (#2196)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Ground Saigon Cinnamon (#3626)
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp C & H Granulated Sugar (#1632)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Then, line a 9 or 10 inch pie dish with one of the crusts.
- Next, coat the blueberries with 3/4 cup sugar, flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Pour onto the pie crust.
- Now, roll out the pie crust and cut into 1/2 inch strips. Lay half of the strips 1/2 inch apart across the top of the pie. Weave the remaining pie strips over and under to create the lattice pattern. Trim the edges as needed.
- Now, brush with milk and sprinkle with the sugar.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, covering the edges with foil (#1963) if necessary to prevent over-browning.
