Homemade Ice Cream:

  1. First, make the ice cream by combining all the ingredients. Then, pour into a Ziploc Freezer Bag (#1979), squeezing all the air out before sealing. Place in the freezer, laying flat, until solid. Then, break into chunks and place in food processer. Pulse until smooth. Place back in freezer until ready to use.
  2. To assemble the floats, add a scoop or two of the ice cream into the jar. Pour the root beer into the jar at an angle. Serve with a straw and spoon, and dig in!

*If using Blue Cattle Mexican Vanilla (#6919), you will need 1 tsp.
