Quick Beef Fajitas
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- 1.5 lb. Main St. Meats Beef Strips for Fajitas (#2604), thawed
- 1 lb. Flav-R-Pac American Harvest Fajita Blend (#2069)
- 3-5 Tbsp. AP Fabulous Fajita Seasoning (#1017)
- 6-8 Receta De Oro Mexican Flour Tortillas (#4970)
- Optional toppings: Kirkland Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese (#1860), sour cream, Simplot Avocado Dices (#1645) or Calavo Fiesta Guacamole, cilantro, lime juice.
Instructions:
- First, heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add strips to heated pan. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
- Then, add 1 tbsp oil to the skillet along with the add fajita vegetables; cook and stir 3-5 minutes.
- Return meat strips to skillets, add Fajita seasoning to each; cook and stir 3 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
- Spoon into warm tortillas and top with desired toppings.
