Creamy Tuscan Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:

Instuctions:

  1. First, saute the shrimp in garlic butter, salt, and pepper for 1 minute. Remove shrimp from pan.
  2. Now, add 1 Tbsp butter to the pan and sautee the spinach (and halved cherry tomatoes, if desired) for 1 minute.
  3. Then, add the heavy cream and Tuscan seasoning, reducing to a simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce reduces slightly. Add the shrimp back to the pan and stir to combine.
  4. Top with shredded parmesan, if desired.
