Give Your Icing a New Twist!
Janey Lou’s Cream Cheese Icing (#8388) is a rich, creamy cream cheese frosting in a re-sealable plastic tub. It is shelf-stable until opened, and will store 180 days refrigerated. This icing is a perfect marriage with our Janey Lou’s Cinnamon Rolls (#9134), but there are so many other delicious ways it can be enjoyed!
To 2 cups Cream Cheese Icing, add:
- 1 Tbsp orange juice + 1 tsp orange zest
- 2 Tbsp C & H Brown Sugar (#1150)
- 1 tsp lemon juice or 1/2 tsp. lemon extract + 1 tsp. lemon zest
- A few pumps of Monin Syrup
- 1-2 Tbsp Pioneer Valley Red Raspberry Jam (#3003)
- 2 Tbsp Ghirardelli Baking Cocoa (#6282)
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (#1012)
- 7 oz flaked coconut + 1 tsp Durkee Vanilla Flavor (#1625)
