Garlic Butter Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 slices Rocky Mountain Bread Co. Sourdough (#1987)
- 2 Tbsp Chef Shamy Garlic Butter W/Parmesan & Basil (#8124)
- 1/2 cup Tillamook Medium Cheddar Shredded Cheese (#1866)
- 4-6 slices Daily’s Regular Slab Precooked Bacon (#4835)
Instructions:
- First, heat a griddle.
- Then, spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Now, add the cheese and bacon to two pieces of bread, butter side down. Top with the second piece, butter side up.
- Place on the griddle and cook until the cheese is almost melted, and bread is golden brown. Flip, and cook until cheese is completely melted and the other side is golden.
- Serve with Instant Pot Tomato Soup.

BBQ Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp Chef Shamy Garlic Butter W/Parmesan & Basil (#8124), divided
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Rocky Moutain Bread Co. White Bread (#1336)
- 1/3 cup Pioneer Valley Gourmet Honey Apricot BBQ Sauce (#2241)
- 1/2 cup Tillamook Medium Cheddar Shredded Cheese (#1866)
- Double L Ranch Meats Smoke Craft Pulled Pork (#1677), optional
Instructions:
- First, melt 2 Tbsp of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the red onion, and cook until caramelized- about 10 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Spread the remaining butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Place two slices into the skillet butter side down, and spread the BBQ sauce on. Top with the grilled onions, shredded cheese, optional shredded pork, and the second piece of bread.
- Cook until the cheese is almost melted, and bread is golden brown. Flip, and cook until cheese is completely melted and the other side is golden.

Ingredients:
- 4 slices Rocky Moutain Bread Co. Texas Toast (#1373)
- 2 Tbsp Chef Shamy Garlic Butter W/Parmesan & Basil (#8124)
- 1/2 cup Barilla Traditional Tomato Pasta Sauce (#2545)
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 16 slices Bonici Pepperoni (#2031)
Instructions:
- First, heat a griddle.
- Then, spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Now, add two slices of bread to the griddle. Spread the pizza sauce on, then top with the cheese and pepperoni, followed by the second piece of bread. Optional- sprinkle AP Italian ‘N Pizza Seasoning (#1432) on before adding the other slice of bread.
- Cook until the cheese is almost melted, and bread is golden brown. Flip, and cook until cheese is completely melted and the other side is golden.
