Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, place the avocado oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl (#7756). 
  2. Whisk to combine.
  3. Add the chicken, bell peppers, zucchini and red onion to the bowl. Toss to coat in the marinade.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
  5. Then, soak wooden skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the thawed chicken and vegetables onto the soaked skewers.
  7. Next, grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until chicken is warmed through and veggies are soft- this chicken is fully cooked.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
