Maple Espresso Ribs

With a savory espresso rub and a maple espresso BBQ sauce, you’ll be smacking your lips over these Maple Espresso Ribs using our Hormel Fully Cooked Ribs. These fully cooked ribs are first seared with a flame to caramelize the exterior and develop flavor, then slow-cooked in their own natural juices until tender and delicious.

Simple Heating Instructions for Hormel Ribs

To Grill:
Prepare from THAWED state.

Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.

Thaw sealed package in refrigerator overnight or in cold running water for 30 minutes.

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place ribs bone-side down onto grill.
  3. Grill for 10 – 12 minutes. Turn frequently.

Optional: Brush with desired amount of BBQ sauce during last 5 minutes of cook time.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl (#7756), combine all the ingredients except for the ribs.
  2. Cover the ribs completely in the marinade, saving at least 1/4 cup for basting, and store covered in the fridge overnight.
  3. The next day, heat the oven to 350F. Place the ribs in a casserole dish and bake according to the directions on the package of your ribs. With 5 minutes remaining, baste the remaining sauce onto the ribs.
  4. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
