Mashed Potato Pot Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Idahoan Rustic Baby Reds Mashed Potatoes (#1390)
- 2 cups water
- 4 Marie Callender’s Chicken Pot Pies (#2393)
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Then, place the pot pies (left in the paper tray) to a Crestware Cookie Sheet (#4020). Wrap crust edge with strip of Medallion Interfolded Foil Sheets (#2351), and bake for 50 minutes, or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes to complete cooking.
- Meanwhile, prepare the potatoes by bringing the water to a boil. Remove from heat, and mix in the potatoes. Then, divide the potatoes between four bowls.
- Next, carefully remove a pot pie from the tray onto the potatoes, breaking the crust so the gravy and vegetables cover the potatoes. Serve & enjoy!
