Ranch Tuna Panini
A simple panini with Tuna Creations Ranch, chopped onion, spinach and cheese toasted in a Pita Pocket or 2 slices of Mini Naan Bread. If desired, dip in ranch. Or, put the tuna in a bowl and use the bread as a “spoon”. Great for an easy afternoon pick-me-up snack!

Ranch Tuna Panini
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch StarKist Ranch Tuna Creations (#2256)
- 2 Tbsp. shredded carrots
- 1 Grecian Delight Wheat Pita Pocket (#2249) or 2 slices Stonefire Mini Naan Bread (#1686)
- 5 spinach leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Tillamook Shredded Cheddar Cheese (#1866)
- 2 Tbsp. Kirkland Salted Sweet Cream Butter (#1723)
Instructions:
- First, combine the tuna pouch with the shredded carrots.
- Then, assemble the sandwich.
- If using Pita Pocket: First, butter the outside of the pita pocket before carefully fill with tuna mixture, topping with spinach and cheese. Place in a skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
- If using Naan Bread: first, butter the flat side of 1 piece of naan. Spread the tuna mixture on the other side, then top with spinach and cheese. Place in a skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
