Slow Cooker Creamed Corn
A comforting side dish of rich creamed corn made with sweet kernel corn, cream cheese, butter, milk, and a few seasonings. This simple variation is a great addition from Sunday Pot Roast to Christmas dinner and is so much better (and not much more work) than canned creamed corn.
Creamed Corn Variations
Although we love this classic recipe, there are a few variations that really hit the spot:
- For a little more protein, add a few slices of chopped Daily’s Precooked Bacon (#4835).
- Give it a Southwestern flair and add 1-2 cups Flav-R-Pac Fajita Blend (#2069) and 2 Tbsp Fabulous Fajita Seasoning (#1017). Alternatively, use 2 cups of Simplot Flame-Roasted Sweet Corn & Jalapeno Blend (#1984).
- Make it extra cheesy by adding a layer of Galbani Shredded Parmesan Cheese (#2554) or Tillamook Shredded Cheddar Cheese (#1866) to the top.

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Flav-R-Pac Sweet Whole Kernel Corn (#1090)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Kirkland Sweet Cream Butter (#1723)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp C & H Granulated Sugar (#1632)
- Regal Coarse Sea Salt (#1146) and AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028), to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- First, line a crock pot with a PanSaver Slow Cooker Liner (#1089). Then, add all the ingredients except the parsley.
- Cook on high for 2 to 4 hours, or low for 4 to 6 hours.
- Garnish with parsley before serving. Enjoy!
