Loaded Baked Beans
Baked beans are frequently served at our summer grill-outs. We love These loaded baked beans have all the flavors from the classic recipe, stepped up a notch with peppers, onions, and jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage.
Try these cooking methods:
- Bake, uncovered, at 350F for about 45 minutes.
- Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, allowing flavors to marinade together.
- Smoke at 350F for 20-30 minutes.

Loaded Baked Beans
Ingredients:
- 1 package Johnsonville FC Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausage (#3086)
- 1 package Daily’s Hardwood Smoked Honey Cured Thick Cut Bacon (#8463)
- 2 cups Flav-R-Pac Chef Starters Omelette Blend (#3216)
- 3 cans (28 ounces each) BUSH’S® Barbecue Baked Beans
- 1/2 cup C& H Brown Sugar (#2261)
- 3 Tbsp mustard
Instructions:
- First, cut the thawed sausages into chunks. Set aside. Then, chop the bacon.
- Next, add the bacon to a pot and cook until crisp, approximately 8 minutes and drain. Add the omelette blend and sausage, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Now, stir beans into the sausage mixture and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, allowing flavors to marinade together. Enjoy!
