Can I change this recipe?

Absolutely! In face, we encourage you to change things up to make it your own. You can swap the broccoli out with asparagus (#) or spinach, or just take it out all together. In addition, we like using bacon (#4835) or sausage (#4041) in place of the Canadian bacon. However you do it, these breakfast quiches are delicious!

How long do these last?

Typically, quiche will last up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator if stored in an air tight container. But, you can also store in the freezer for up to 3-4 month. Simply heat up in the microwave for 1 minute, adding 30 second increments until desired heat is reached.
