Spicy Chicken Crunch Wrap
Ingredients:
- 8 pieces Country Pride Homestyle Chicken Tender Fritters (#6219)
- 6 Receta De Oro Tortillas (#4970)
- 3/4 cup Kirkland Cheddar Jack Cheese (#1860)
- 1/4 head lettuce leaf
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 cups relish
Jalapeno Aioli:
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave (#3522)
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions:
- Cook chicken fritters at 450°F for about 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of 165°F.
- Meanwhile, make the jalapeno aioli by whisking all the ingredients together. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Once the chicken is slightly cooled, begin preparation. Spoon 2 Tbsp of the aioli onto the center of each tortilla, then top with 2 Tbsp cheese, 2 lettuce leaves, tomato, and 2 chicken fritters, and relish. Fold the tortilla burrito style, then serve.
