Mini Brat 100924, Pale Ale Whole Grain Mustard Aioli, Pickled Red Cabbage, Pretzel Slider Bun

These BRAToberfest Sliders pack a lot of flavor with an easy aoili, pickled cabbage, and our delicious Johnsonville Brats. Get ready for game day with these bite-sized sliders.

Ingredients:
Instructions:
  1. First, prepare the rolls. Once the dough has thawed and risen (see instructions on our website), bake in a pre-heated 375 degrees oven 10-14 minutes. Remove from the oven. Lightly brush with additional melted butter or margarine. Turn rolls out of pan immediately to cool.
  2. Now, if you are making an easy aioli, do so now. Store in the fridge until ready to use for the best flavor.
  3. Then, grill the brats. Preheat grill to medium-low (325°F). Place thawed links onto grill.  Next, grill for 12-14 minutes or until links are browned and internal temperature is 140°F, turning links often.
  4. Now, prepare the sliders. Cut open the roll, place the desired amount of pickled cabbage, brat, then drizzle with the aioli. Repeat until all the buns are used. Enjoy!
