These double chocolate brownie cookies will become a new favorite way to use our AP Richly Delicious Fudge Brownie Mix (#1824) in your homes.
Double Chocolate Brownie Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cup AP Richly Delicious Fudge Brownie Mix (#1824)
- 1/2 cup Turkey Brand Flour (#2285)
- 2 large eggs
- 5 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Ghirardelli Semi Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (#7121)
Instructions:
- First, preheat your oven to 350F. Then, line a crestware cookie sheet (#4020) with a crestware silicone mat (#8436).
- Using a mixer, combine all the ingredients. The dough will be sticky.
- Now, use our crestware scoop (#3838) to place dough balls 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 8 minutes, making sure they are slightly underdone for a fudgy center. Every oven will cook differently!
- Allow to cool before transferring to a crestware cooling rack (#1145).
