Ground Beef Penne Bake

A simple pasta dish using ingredients we typically have on hand. Enjoy Ground Beef Penne Bake with ground beef, penne, tomato sauce, onion, bell pepper, and a handful of spices, then topped with melted mozzarella. To complete the meal, serve with a side of Rocky Mountain Bread Co. Sourdough (#1987), topped with Kirkland Salted Sweet Cream Butter (#1723) and AP Garlic & Herb Seasoning (#5408).

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 375F. Spray a baking dish with Vegalene Garlic Mist (#1577) and set aside.
  2. Next, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne, and cook until al dente. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, preheat a skillet with the oil. Then, add the ground beef, omelette blend, and garlic to a pan along with the spices. Cook until the beef has no pink and the onion and pepper are tender.
  4. Then, combine the pasta, ground beef mixture, and sauce. Pour into the prepared pan and cover with Kirkland Premium Quality Foodservice Foil (#1963).
  5. Now, bake 15-20 minutes, then remove the foil and add the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes more or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
