Keto Egg Roll Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Childer’s Country Style Pork Chub (#2550)
- 4 Tbsp Chef Shamy Garlic Butter (#8124)
- 1 cup Flav-R-Pac Chopped Onion (#5772)
- 1 cup Flav-R-Pac Sunshine Carrots (#5520)
- 6-8 cups chicken stock (#1040 base)
- 1 small green cabbage, chopped
- 2 tsp AP Ground Ginger (#1420)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Optional garnishes: sesame seeds, cilantro, or green onion
Instructions:
- First, brown the sausage in a pot using a Chopstir Tool (#2636). Remove from pot.
- Next, melt the butter and saute the onion and carrots for a few minutes. Add the cabbage, chicken stock and ginger powder and bring to a boil.
- Now, allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the cabbage is cooked to your liking. Add the sesame oil.
- To serve, divide between bowls and add desired garnishes. Enjoy!
