Keto Sheet Pan Chicken & Veggies
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- 1 1/2 tsp Regal Coarse Sea Salt (#1147)
- 3/4 tsp AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028)
- 2 pieces Pierce’s Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (#6519)
- 2 cups Flav-R-Pac Broccoli Florets (#8197)
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cored
- 1 cup Flav-R-Pac Sunshine Carrots (#5520)
- 1-2 quartered red onions, can sub with 1 1/2 cup Flav-R-Pac Diced Onions (#5772)
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 1/2 tsp AP Italian ‘N Pizza Seasoning (#1432)
- 1 tsp AP Premium Garlic Powder (#1021)
- 1 tsp AP Premium Onion Powder (#1027)
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
- First, preheat your oven to 400F. Then, line a Crestware Cookie Sheet (#4020) with a Crestware Silicone Mat (#8436).
- Now, add the chicken, broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, and onion to a bowl and coat with the avocado oil. Mix with the lemon juice and zest, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper until everything is coated.
- Then, add the mixture to your prepared cookie sheet and spread into an even layer.
- Place the cookie sheet into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, or until the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan. Enjoy immediately.
