Keto Sheet Pan Chicken & Veggies

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat your oven to 400F. Then, line a Crestware Cookie Sheet (#4020) with a Crestware Silicone Mat (#8436).
  2. Now, add the chicken, broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, and onion to a bowl and coat with the avocado oil. Mix with the lemon juice and zest, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper until everything is coated.
  3. Then, add the mixture to your prepared cookie sheet and spread into an even layer.
  4. Place the cookie sheet into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, or until the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan. Enjoy immediately.
