Keto Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, heat your oven to 375F and heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Then, combine the eggs and Italian seasoning in a bowl, with the Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken in the egg mixture, then the cheese, thoroughly coating the chicken.
  4. Spray the warmed pan with cooking spray and cook the chicken for 3 minutes on each side, then place in an oven-safe dish.
  5. Next, add 2 Tbsp of the marinara sauce on each piece of chicken, then top with 2 slices of the fresh mozzarella.
  6. Baking in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
