Lemon Pepper Chicken Marinade

Instructions:

  1. Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, Garlic Supreme, crushed black peppercorns, sea salt, and avocado oil in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Add the chicken to a Gallon Ziploc bag (#1979) and pour the lemon pepper marinade over the top. Press the air out of the bag and seal tightly, making sure to press the marinade around the chicken to coat.
  3. Place in the fridge to marinate at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
  4. Then, place on a preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F, flipping halfway through. Serve with a green salad.
