Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 400F. Then, line a Crestware Baking Sheet (#4020) with a piece of AP Parchment Paper (#1153).
  2. Next, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and monk fruit. Then, cut in the butter until it is broken down into the size of peas.
  3. Now, mix in the almond milk.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites gently until soft peaks form. Carefully fold into the flour mixture.
  5. Then, using a Crestware Scoop (#3838), place the mixture on the parchment paper approx. 1 inch apart. Sprinkle the tops with a little bit of the monk fruit.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are slightly golden and a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
  7. While cooling, beat the whipping cream with monin syrup and almond extract.
  8. Top the biscuits with whipping cream and strawberries. Enjoy!
