Pumpkin Shaped Dinner Rolls
Ingredients:
- 8 Bridgford Parker House Style Rolls (#1136)
- 32 8-10 in. strands kitchen twine, tossed in oil
- 2-4 Tbsp Kirkland Sweet Cream Butter (#1723), melted
Instructions:
- First, let dough thaw in a warm place (up to 110 degrees) free of drafts (1-2 hours), or covered in refrigerator overnight. Then, let dough rise until double in size (2-3 hours).
- Now, prepare a Crestware Cookie Sheet (#4020) by lining with a piece of parchment paper (#1153) and lightly spraying with Vegalene Buttery Delight (#1576). Set aside.
- Take 4 strands of the twine and criss-cross in a star formation. Place a dough ball on the center point of the twine, firmly tying a knot to secure. Cut off any excess twine. Repeat with remaining dough balls and set 1-3 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Then, brush tops of rolls with melted butter.
- Bake in a pre-heated 375 degrees oven 10-14 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Lightly brush with additional melted butter. Turn rolls out of pan immediately to cool.
