Salmon Burger with Peppered Bacon
Grilled salmon burgers topped with melted cheddar cheese, arugula, peppered bacon, and a zesty mayo spread stacked on a grilled bun. A great way to change things up for your next BBQ!

Salmon Burger with Peppered Bacon
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- Regal Fine Sea Salt (#1146) and Coarse Black Pepper (#1028), to taste
- 4 Trident Alaskan Salmon Burgers (#2808)
- 6 strips Daily’s Hardwood Smoked Peppered Bacon (#8465), cooked
- 4 Pretzel Hamburger Buns (#2137)
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 3 cups arugula
- 12 Bread & Butter Pickles, drained
Instructions:
- First, combine the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Next, preheat to medium heat (350°F). Once heated, cook the salmon burgers for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Just before taking off the grill, add the cheese slices and allow to melt.
- Toast the buns on the grill, then spread the mayo on the top and bottom buns. Add the arugula to the bottom bun, then top with the salmon burger, bacon, pickles, and top bun. Enjoy!
