Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, combine the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  2. Next, preheat to medium heat (350°F). Once heated, cook the salmon burgers for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Just before taking off the grill, add the cheese slices and allow to melt.
  3. Toast the buns on the grill, then spread the mayo on the top and bottom buns. Add the arugula to the bottom bun, then top with the salmon burger, bacon, pickles, and top bun. Enjoy!
