Slow Cooker Honey-Ginger Pork

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, generously season the pork cubes with salt.
  2. Then, in a bowl, mix together the mirin, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, onion, and jalapeno (if using).
  3. In a large pan with oil, brown the pork in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  4. Next, add a PanSaver Slow Cooker Liner (#1089) to your crockpot. Add the pork, then pour the soy sauce mixture of the top. Mix around to evenly coat the pork, then cover and cook on low-heat for 8 hours.
  5. Once done, remove from the slow cooker and break into smaller pieces or shred. The pieces should be small enough that you don’t have to, but it’s all about personal preference. Add the pork back into the liquids for more flavor
  6. Now, prepare Wing Hing Yakisoba Noodles (#9176) or Minute White Rice to serve the pork over. Top with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired. Enjoy!
