S’mores Peanut Butter Brownies
Brownies are an easy treat to bring for summer parties, but once you add marshmallows and peanut butter you’ll have a hard time bringing anything but these S’mores brownies.
How long does this last?
We suggest eating these brownies within 2 days of making them if stored at room temp in an airtight container. But, you can also cut them into little squares are freeze in an airtight container or wrapped in foil (#1963). Once you’re ready to dig in again, simply bake at 325F for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

S’mores Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients:
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar (#1632)
- 1/4 tsp salt (#1146)
Brownies:
- 4 1/2 cups Richly Delicious Brownie mix (#1824)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 egg
Peanut Butter Mixture:
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (#2913)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (#1151)
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 24 oz large Marshmallows
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 pan with Bak-Klene (#5564) and set aside.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Remove from heat.
- Add graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt to saucepan. Stir together until combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and press into an even layer.Â
- Then, bake for 12-14 minutes or until set and beginning to brown.
- Prepare brownie mixture by mixing together brownie mix, hot water, and egg. Top graham cracker crust with brownie mixture, spreading in an even layer.
- In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Then, drop by spoonfuls onto the pan and use a knife to swirl.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until just set
- Remove brownies from oven and turn oven to broil setting.Â
- Add marshmallows to
top of brownies pressing lightly to adhere them to the warm brownies. - Broil for 2-3 minutes or until they reach desired char level.
- Let brownies cool completely before attempting to cut and serve.
