This Apple Cinnamon Pizza is similar to an Apple Crisp, but in dessert form. Dessert pizza is a major game changer for summer nights. Try adding a simple Streusel Topping to step up your game.

For the Brown Sugar Mix:


  1. First, squeeze the juice from the fresh lemon over the cut and peeled apples.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet, sprinkle cinnamon to taste and add a pinch of salt. Add the apples and cook until they are semi-tender- they will cook more in the oven.
  3. Stretch or roll a dough ball and place onto a Cast Iron Pizza Pan (#7623).
  4. Place apples in a single layer on top of pizza crust. Top with dollops of mascarpone mixed with almond paste and then top with brown sugar mixture.
  5. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until the crust begins to brown.

  2. Sprinkle a handful of coconut, chocolate chips, and pecans. Top with caramel topping and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
  3. If you would like extra flavor, add a few tablespoons of butter on top.
  4. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until the crust begins to brown. Enjoy!
