Can I change this recipe?
- While this baked wings version is healthier than frying, it can still heat up the house during the summer. So, if you’re wanting to serve this for BBQs- simply grill the wings!
- Use Pierce Boneless Dings Breast Chunks (#6587) for a quicker option. They’ll be ready to toss in the “sauce” in under 15 minutes.
- Broil the wings after tossing in the butter to melt the cheese and keep the chicken skin crisp.

Garlic Parmesan Baked Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb. Sun-Land Raw Chicken Wings (#8794)
- 1/2 cup Chef Shamy Garlic Butter W/ Parmesan & Basil (#8124), melted
- 2 Tbps fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup Galbani Shredded Parmesan Cheese (#2554)
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 450F.
- Then, place a cooling rack in a silicone mat lined cookie sheet. This will help the chicken cook evenly. Spray with Vegalene Garlic Mist (#1577), then space out the wings on the rack. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
- Now, mix the parsley and parmesan cheese into the melted butter.
- Once the wings are done, transfer into a bowl. Toss in the butter until evenly coated, then serve.
