  • While this baked wings version is healthier than frying, it can still heat up the house during the summer. So, if you’re wanting to serve this for BBQs- simply grill the wings!
  • Use Pierce Boneless Dings Breast Chunks (#6587) for a quicker option. They’ll be ready to toss in the “sauce” in under 15 minutes.
  • Broil the wings after tossing in the butter to melt the cheese and keep the chicken skin crisp.

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Then, place a cooling rack in a silicone mat lined cookie sheet. This will help the chicken cook evenly. Spray with Vegalene Garlic Mist (#1577), then space out the wings on the rack. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
  3. Now, mix the parsley and parmesan cheese into the melted butter.
  4. Once the wings are done, transfer into a bowl. Toss in the butter until evenly coated, then serve.
