Cheesy Baked Asparagus
Baked asparagus spears tossed in avocado oil, salt and pepper, finished off with a layer of melted Parmesan. A great addition to Sunday dinner!
#1 Tip for Cooking Asparagus:
Don’t overcook it! There’s nothing worse than soggy vegetables. Simply cook until it’s just tender, then remove from the heat.

Cheesy Baked Asparagus
Ingredients:
- 1/2 bag Flav-R-Pac Asparagus Spears (#3127)
- 3 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- Regal Coarse Sea Salt (#1147) and AP Table Grind Black Pepper (#1028), to taste
- 1/2-3/4 cup Galbani Shredded Parmesan Cheese (#2554)
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 400f. Line a baking dish with a piece of Parchment Paper (#1153).
- Then, toss the asparagus in the oil, salt and pepper. Pour into the baking dish, then sprinkle the parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the cheese is lightly browned.
