Fruit Tarts with a Cheesecake Filling

These Fruit Tarts are so delicious and so easy to make, with no baking required. They are perfect for weddings, parties, or just because. Plus, it’s just fun to eat mini food sometimes!

What berries can I use for this treat?

The most common fruit combination we have seen for Fruit Tarts is strawberries (#1214), blueberries (#1218), kiwi slices, and mandarin orange slices. But, don’t feel limited to those options! We also love adding raspberries (#1219), blackberries (#1221), or even peach slices (#7841). The great thing about these Fruit Tarts is that you can make them with any fruit combination that sounds good to you!

Fruit Tarts with a Cheesecake Filling

Ingredients:

For the No Bake Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounces) softened
  • ½ cup sugar (#1632)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (#6702)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or 4oz cool whip)
  • Fresh berries and sliced fruit for topping.

Instructions:

  1. In a glass bowl add in the sugar, cream cheese and vanilla and beat for about 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Transfer the cheesecake filling into a plastic bag for piping (use a Ziploc bag (#1979), piping bag, or you can spoon it in) into each tart cup.
  5. Top with your choice of fresh berries and/or sliced fruit. 

*You can make the cheesecake mixture the night before, and store to assemble the next day. Keep the cheesecake filling refrigerated. Keep the tart cups covered in an airtight container.
*Slice the fruit and add it onto each one right before serving.
