Garlic Butter Beef Chili

Easy Corn Bread

For our Krusteaz Cornbread, simply place 1 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp water in mixer bowl; add 4 cups mix. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute. Scrape bowl and paddle, then change to medium speed and mix for 1 minute. Scale batter into greased 9×13 pan, then bake at 400° F for 18-20 minutes.

Garlic Butter Beef Chili

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Melt Garlic Butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and jalapenos, and saute 3-5 minutes, until soft. Add the ground beef to the pot. Cook until browned, breaking up big chunks with a wooden spoon.
  3. Stir in the cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper (if desired).
  4. Mix in crushed tomatoes, with juices, tomato sauce, beef broth and drained beans.
  5. Stir everything together and simmer 60 minutes.
  6. Serve with sour cream, cheese, cilantro, and cornbread.
