Garlic Parmesan Crusted Salmon
Tender, flaky salmon fillets with a buttery topping of Parmesan Garlic Perfection Seasoning, Italian Seasoning, and shredded Parmesan. This recipe can be used for a variety of meals- served as is with a veggie on the side, Try doubling or tripling the topping, then dip the salmon fillets in a whisked egg followed by the topping for an easy breaded fillet. Then, serve with Dilly Dill Dip (#1421) for dipping.
Wondering what sides to serve?
For a low-carb meal, we suggest serving over a bed of Flav-R-Pac Riced Cauliflower (#2743) or zoodles with your favorite veggie sauteed on the side. Try adding tomato sauce for an easy Italian dish, too!
If you cover the whole fillet in breading, serve with Dilly Dill Dip (#1421) for dipping. Add some Piccadilly Old English Style Fries (#6761), if desired.

Garlic Parmesan Crusted Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 Pacific Seafood Atlantic Salmon Portions (#8669), thawed
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp Kirkland Salted Sweet Cream Butter (#1723), melted
- 3 Tbsp AP Parmesan Garlic Perfection (#2475)
- 1 Tbsp AP Italian ‘N Pizza Seasoning (#1432)
- 1/2 cup Galbani Shredded Parmesan Cheese (#2554)
- 1 lemon, sliced, optional
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 400F. Then, line a Crestware Cookie Sheet (#4020) with Kirkland Premium Quality Foodservice Foil (#1963).
- Then, season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper then place them on the baking sheet.
- Stir together the butter, Parmesan Garlic Perfection, Italian Seasoning, and parmesan cheese and generously spread on top of each fillet. Now, top with 2-3 lemon slices, if desired.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is flaky.
