Ginger Beef With Noodles
Ingredients:
- 1/2 bag Main St. Meats Beef Strips (#2604), thawed
- 1 tsp Clabber Girl Cornstarch (#2849)
- 3 cups Flav-R-Pac Green Beans (#3781)
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil (#3516)
- 1/4 tsp AP Table Grind Black Pepper (#1029)
- 3 tsp Kirkland Minced Garlic (#1289)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 12 oz. Reames Homestyle Noodles (#1407)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
- First, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add frozen noodles and return to a full rolling boil, stir to separate. Cook noodles uncovered for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain thoroughly.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet. Add the beef strips and lightly brown on all sides. Coat the beef with the cornstarch and pepper.
- Now, add the green beans, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Then, add green onions, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sriracha. Let the sauce thicken and reduce, cooking for about 3-4 minutes.
- Next, add the cooked noodles to the beef and green beans. Toss the noodles so they are coated, then drizzle sesame oil over top. Enjoy!
