Ingredients:
- 16 each Pretzilla Bites (#1748)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese (#1799), softened
- ¼ tsp Saigon Ground Cinnamon (#3626)
- ¼ tsp Mexican Vanilla Extract (#6919)
- Pinch Ground Nutmeg
- Pinch Kosher Salt
- 16 marshmallows
Instructions:
- Begin by preheating the oven to 350F.
- Then, prepare the marshmallow cream by mixing the cream cheese, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Broil the marshmallows for 1-3 minutes, or until they start to brown. Add them to the bowl and use a hand mixer until it is whipped and smooth. Move to a serving bowl.
- Meanwhile, arrange the pretzilla bites on a baking sheet (#5957) and place in the oven until they are lightly toasted about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the marshmallow cream with the preztilla bites. Enjoy!
