True Lemon Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Pacific Seafood Salmon Portions (#8669), thawed
- 2 Tbsp Kirkland Butter (#1723), softened
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (#1038 base)
- 4 True Lemon Packets (#1689)
- 1/2 tsp Coarse Black Pepper (#1028)
- 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Pat salmon dry, and place in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Next, using a pastry brush, butter the salmon.
- Then, combine remaining ingredients and pour over salmon.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
